Description

NEW SURPLUS – LeRoi LRG-9 carbon dioxide (CO2) compressor package.

• LeRoi LRG-9, three-stage, non-lubricated reciprocating gas compressor
• 25 HP TEFC, 575/3/60 electric motor
• V-belt drive with OSHA belt guard
• 316 stainless steel water-cooled intercoolers (ASME code/CRN)
• 316 stainless-steel, water-cooled aftercooler (ASME code/CRN)
• 316 stainless-steel inlet, interstage and discharge separators with 1 micron mesh pads, Delta P transmitters, liquid level transmitters and controls, drains, diaphragm pump for drain on inlet filter
• Allen Bradley PLC control panel with touch screen with HMI and slow voltage motor starter
• Pneumatic recycle control valve
• Structural steel base plate
• All of the above housed in an insulated metal building with building heater
• Full set of GA P&ID and compressor control panel drawing
• CSA certification for the complete package

Original design conditions:

• Suction pressure: 0 PSIG
• Discharge pressure: 435 PSIG
• Capacity: 88NM3/Hr

Originally designed for carbon dioxide, but useable on other gases (some modification may be required)
