Reconditioned Hydro-pac Four-stage 15,000 PSIG Gas Intensifier Package

Description

RECONDITIONED Hydro-Pac 15,000 PSIG compressor package consisting of one (1) 20 HP primary and one (1) 20 HP secondary hydraulic gas intensifier mounted on a common skid.

Nominal Capacity Per Unit:  21.8 SCFM (35 Nm3/hr.) with 80 PSIG inlet pressure on helium

Originally designed for helium and tested on Argon but usable on other gases.  Some modifications may be required.

PRIMARY UNIT :

• Compressor:  Hydro-Pac model CO1.5-20-70/140LX two-stage intensifier
• Suction pressure range:  70 – 140 PSIG
• Discharge pressure:  1500 PSIG
• Electric motor:  20 HP (230/460v)

SECONDARY UNIT:

• Compressor:  Hydro-Pac model C15-20FX/EXT two-stage intensifier
• Suction pressure range:  1000 – 6000 PSIG
• Discharge pressure range:  10,000 – 15,000 PSIG
• Electric motor:  20 HP (230/460v)

Price does not include a control panel; however, we can provide a new panel at additional cost.
