Fully containerized nitrogen generator system including:

• One (1) Sullair model 4509-PSB-AC, 60 HP air-cooled rotary screw compressor with:
  • 60 HP 460/3/60 motor
  • air-cooled aftercooler
  • Integral motor starter
  • Acoustic enclosure
• Primary compressed air pre-filter with electronic automatic drain and pressure drop indicator
• Secondary coalescing type oil removal filter with electronic automatic drain and pressure drop indicator
• Condensate oil/water separator
• Beko Drypoint model RAC220NA-E-JB refrigerated compressed air dryer
• Dryer discharge filter with pressure drop indicator
• Beko activated carbon absorber for oil-free air
• 400-gallon ASME code feed air receiver tank
• Two (2) Holtec model HNBS-100A pressure swing adsorption (PSA) type nitrogen generators
• 400-gallon ASME code nitrogen storage tank
• Instrument air system consisting of Drypoint heatless regenerative compressed air dryer designed to produce a -40 degree pressure dew-point and a 400 gallon ASME code instrument air receiver tank.  This system takes a slip-stream of compressed air from the main rotary screw air compressor.
• All of the equipment is mounted and pre-piped on a common skid and housed in an insulated metal building with heater and access doors
• Manufactured in 2018.  In excellent condition
