Dual Pdc 15,000 PSIG Dual Hydrogen Gas Compressor System

Description

RECONDITIONED Dual ultra-high pressure hydrogen gas compression system consisting of two diaphragm compressors connected in series.

PRIMARY UNIT – PDC model PDC-4-600/3500 30 HP diaphragm gas compressor rated for 34.4 SCFM with 100 PSIG inlet pressure and 3,000 PSIG discharge pressure.

SECONDARY UNIT – PDC model PDC-4-15,000 30 HP diaphragm gas compressor rated for 34.4 SCFM with 3,000 PSIG inlet pressure and 15,000 PSIG discharge pressure.

PRICING OPTION 1:  Dual compressor package with primary and secondary diaphragm compressors mounted and pre-piped on a structural steel skid.  Compressors would be reconditioned and tested under power and load.  Package would include:

• Two (2) diaphragm compressors each driven by a 30 HP electric motor
• V-belt drive with belt guard
• Safety shutdown switches
• PLC based control panel
• Interconnecting piping between each component
• Interconnecting wiring
