Complete skid mounted nitrogen generator package housed in a heated insulated metal building including:

• 125 HP Atlas Copco model GA90FF, full-feature rotary screw feed-air compressor complete with air cooled aftercooler, refrigerated compressed air dryer and acoustic enclosure
• Filter purification module
• 400 gallon ASME code compressed air buffer tank
• On-Site model NM-1000-4-710 membrane type nitrogen generator rated for 10,000 SCFH at 97% purity
• 400 gallon ASME code nitrogen storage tank
• 50 HP Knox-Western model TP-145 nitrogen booster compressor designed for 1800 PSIG discharge pressure
• Insulated metal building with interior lighting, heat and nitrogen warning system
• Parts and operating manuals, drawings and quality control documentation
• This package was manufactured in 2014, but the plant was never put into operation, AS-NEW condition
• The current nitrogen booster is rated for 1800 PSIG discharge pressure, however we can install a higher-pressure booster, at additional cost, if required
